Return and Refund Policy
JovialToys is dedicated to providing quality toys and products to our valued customers. We want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. This Return and Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines for returns and refunds. By shopping on our website, you agree to adhere to this policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds2.1 If you are dissatisfied with any product you purchased from JovialToys, or if you receive a defective product (subject to verification by JovialToys), you may request a return and refund. Your request for a return must be made within 3 (three) days of receiving the product.
2.2 To initiate a return, you must provide a copy of the original invoice or order confirmation.
2.3 JovialToys reserves the right to modify and enforce this Return and Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.
3. Cancellation of Orders
3.0.1 Before the dispatch of your order, you have the option to fully or partially cancel it. You can do this by referencing the unique order tracking number received when you placed the order and sending an email to hello@jovialtoys.com. If you cancel your order before dispatch, JovialToys will initiate a refund within 2 (two) business days from the date of your cancellation request. The refund will be credited to your bank account within a reasonable time, subject to your bank's policies for such refunds.
4. Return of Products4.0.1 If you have purchased products that are part of a bundled package or promotional offer, you must return all items included in that package to be eligible for a refund. Partial returns from bundled packages are not accepted.
4.0.2 The following product categories are eligible for returns only in the case of a manufacturing defect:
Electronic Products4.0.3 JovialToys will not accept returns or refunds if:
- The product has been used for purposes other than checking fit and comfort.
- Price tags, brand tags, original packaging, or accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded.
- Serial numbers/IMEI numbers/barcodes do not match JovialToys' records.
- Accessories delivered with the product are not returned in an undamaged condition.
- The product shows signs of damage, dents, scratches, tears, or other defects.
- In the case of electronics, the product is not sealed in the provided packaging.
- Gifts accompanying the purchased product have not been returned or show signs of being used or defective.
- JovialToys determines that the product has been rendered defective or unusable.
- The product falls under categories specified by JovialToys as non-returnable.
- Assorted products sold through the website are not eligible for returns.
5.0.1 JovialToys will initiate a refund if, after conducting quality checks, the returned product qualifies for a refund. The refund does not include shipping charges or other applicable charges unless the product has a defect at the time of delivery (as determined by JovialToys).
5.0.2 Refunds will be processed through standard banking channels. If you used multiple payment options for your purchase, JovialToys reserves the right to process refunds using the payment option it deems suitable.
6. Communication and Updates6.0.1 JovialToys will keep you informed about the status of your refund through updates sent to your registered mobile number and email address. JovialToys disclaims any liability for failure to provide updates on the refund status.
