Delivery Policy

1. Introduction

This Delivery Policy, in conjunction with our Terms of Use, outlines JovialToys' procedures and policies concerning the delivery of products that you purchase through our website. We are committed to ensuring that our products are delivered to you in a timely and efficient manner. By using our services and accepting our Terms of Use, you also agree to abide by the terms outlined in this Delivery Policy.

2. Terms of Delivery

2.1. Logistics Partners

JovialToys collaborates with third-party logistic service providers ("Logistic Partners") to facilitate the delivery of purchased products to our customers. Information about the specific Logistic Partner responsible for delivering your purchased product(s) will be provided to you once the product(s) are handed over to the Logistic Partner by JovialToys. Additionally, you will receive an estimated delivery timeframe on the order confirmation page. JovialToys may also undertake product delivery independently without engaging Logistic Partners.

2.2. Delivery Areas

While we strive to provide our services and deliver products across a wide range of locations in India, please note that delivery may be limited to specific areas. When placing an order on our website, you will be required to enter your pin-code details to verify if delivery is available in your area. If your desired delivery location is not within our recognized delivery network, we will be unable to proceed with the order.

2.3. Shipping Address

Before making payment for your product(s), you will be prompted to provide a shipping address. Please ensure that you provide accurate, complete, and precise information, including clear landmarks, to facilitate the identification of your address. JovialToys will not be held liable for any failure to deliver products due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you.

2.4. Delivery Attempts

We will make a maximum of three delivery attempts to deliver your purchased products. If you are unavailable after three delivery attempts, JovialToys reserves the right to cancel your order at its discretion. While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Logistical issues
  • Unsuitable weather conditions
  • Political disruptions, strikes, employee lockouts, etc.
  • Acts of God (e.g., floods, earthquakes)
  • Other unforeseen circumstances

In case of delays, we will make reasonable attempts to notify you through your registered email address and/or mobile number. JovialToys is not liable for any mental distress or tort claims resulting from delivery delays.

2.5. Conduct of Delivery Executives

JovialToys conducts thorough diligence to ensure that our delivery executives and the employees of our Logistic Partners uphold high ethical and professional standards. However, we cannot guarantee the behavior of our delivery executives or Logistic Partner employees. Any issues arising between you and a JovialToys delivery executive or Logistic Partner employee must be resolved independently by you.

2.6. Tracking

Upon successfully placing an order and handing over the purchased product(s) to our Logistic Partner, you will receive a unique tracking identity number. This number enables you to track the delivery status and estimated delivery time of your purchased products on our website or the mobile application of the Logistic Partner. While we make reasonable efforts to update tracking information in a timely manner, we do not guarantee its accuracy due to real-time updates and technicalities beyond our control.

2.7. Shipping and Delivery Charges

Shipping and delivery fees are as follows:

  • Cart Value Rs. 999 & below: Rs. 160

Please note that these charges may vary based on the order value of the product(s) in your cart. If shipping fees were charged for the delivery of a purchased product, these fees will be proportionately refunded by us in the event of a return or cancellation. Title and risk of loss for all purchased products pass to you upon delivery.
